18 years working with mostly startups and small biz, and I forgot the first lesson: Don’t let perfect be the enemy of great, don’t let fear be the enemy of done. So… Here we go.
Giving the heads up that I’m available to do contract/consulting work for anything marketing/sales related. Specifically, I’m looking to help small and medium businesses that know they need marketing services, don’t want to hire a full-time person, or aren’t really in the spot to take on a full agency.
I can go from basic starting point (ie. never had any kind of marketing before and want to start, have a ton of questions, need guidance) to more general common marketing practices (have ideas, need insights, strategy and ux help) and onto some advanced work (full-scale information architecture, conversion planning, lead gen strategy).
In a nutshell, I want to help people and businesses that aren’t quite ready for agencies reap the benefits of 18 years of agency knowledge and know-how.
What I need right now are both clients and references. So, for the next bit, I’ll be cutting my rates in contra for testimonials, references, even social media “he’s awesome” posts. If you are or know anybody that sounds like my kinda potential client, let me know, let THEM know, let the world know.
